Welcome to DreamSpinner (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DreamSpinner mobile application and website (collectively, the “App”).
By using DreamSpinner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use DreamSpinner. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission.
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
DreamSpinner may offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. By purchasing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
Prices and availability are subject to change. Subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device settings.
You agree to use DreamSpinner only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
All content in DreamSpinner, including stories, characters, images, and software, is owned by DreamSpinner or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce it for the purposes of operating and improving the App.
DreamSpinner uses artificial intelligence to generate stories. While we strive to ensure content is age-appropriate and engaging, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or content that some users find inappropriate. You agree to supervise your child’s use of the App and report any concerning content to us.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
DreamSpinner is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamSpinner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in [Your County, State].
